American Fitness Center

American Fitness Center is a gym located at 48 Bridge Street in Nashua, New Hampshire. It offers contract-free memberships, group training, personal training, and weight loss programs.

The facility is a 9,000 square foot full-service training center with a large strength training area, a wide variety of cardio equipment, a 1,600 foot multi-purpose turf field, a boxing area, and an obstacle course. Members can work out on their own, in small group classes, or with a personal trainer.

American Fitness Center has a modern approach to fitness in an old-school gym environment. It serves the Hudson, Nashua, and surrounding areas of southern New Hampshire. The gym has extended hours with key-card access, allowing members to work out at their convenience.
